Reading progress update: I've read 54% of We Are Not Ourselves
I sense the next 46 % will not be an easy read. *sigh*
The first half of the book describes the life of Eileen in her childhood and youth and when she finally marries Ed, a young scientist. The plot covers decades of their lives. Both have sometimes very different goals in life but there's love in this relationship nevertheless.
The last 10 % of the book or so it seemed somethings wrong with one of the characters. And now it's obvious: Something's definately 'wrong' with the character. I sense it's going to be hard because the author invested very much time in character developement and that worked for me.
